Recent projects

• University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign – Remodeling at Altgeld Hall and University High School (2007-2008).
• Kareoke Bar & Grill in Savoy, IL – Remodel & design bar and all rooms including kitchen to meet city & health department codes & specifications  (2007).
• Douglass Square,  housing development in Champaign, IL – 28 buildings (50 units) – Completed contracts for roofing, siding, drywall hanging and finishing; and painting (2006).
• The Fitness Center in Champaign, IL – Remodeled and retiled the men’s locker room floor, and the women’s locker room floor and shower stalls (2006).
• The Fitness Center in Monticello, IL – Total remodel of old utility truck warehouse into a fitness center (2005).
•  City of Champaign – Completed various projects from roofing to total home remodeling and miscellaneous other projects (1998 -2008)
